GovFlex and Black Directory Affiliate to Support Biden Administration’s Small Business Reforms

The Government Freelance Exchange (GovFlex) and Black Directory Affiliate Partnership has successfully been launched to help black businesses find contract opportunities and provide access to the talent and resources they need to successfully compete.

The Black Directory lists over 100,000 businesses in the U.S. and around the world. Affiliate partners including GovFlex provide the talent and resources to help businesses become government contractors or assist existing contractors increase capacity to vie for large-scale contracts.

This initiative coincides with President’s Management Agenda reforms to provide equity and level the playing field while increasing federal spending for underserved small businesses.

In addition to the nationwide Government Freelance Exchange, the GovFlex Academy Store and Resource Library, other Black Directory affiliate companies provide access to capital, marketing resources and networking opportunities.
Black Directory Partner Brian Morse noted “We’re excited to be working with GovFlex which can be a game changer for our members and the Black business community overall.” Black Directory member companies join the GovFlex affiliate community of practice by obtaining a referral code from the Black Directory. Freelancers seeking opportunities to provide services for all GovFlex clients join for free.

GovFlex Co-Founder and President, Bob Dickson noted “We’re delighted to launch our affiliate initiative with the Black Directory. Leveling the playing field for small businesses is a core value for our company. We look forward to expanding our efforts to other segments of the underserved small business community as well.”
