National Defense University (NDU) Student Information and Management System (SIS) – The U.S. Navy Contracting Office located in Norfolk, VA has issued a sources sought synopsis for an upcoming requirement supporting the NDU Student Information & Management System (SIS).  Required response date is August 31, 2020.

Brief Description:  The National Defense University (NDU) is procuring the following services and support: • Design and implementation of a flexible, user-configurable Student Information System (SIS) to manage all student data and execute student lifecycle management functions • Support for Cybersecurity accreditation of the SIS solution • Comprehensive design, configuration, cybersecurity, technical and end user documentation to include Cybersecurity accreditation support • Data modeling coordination to support the import of legacy student data • Training of NDU users (all roles including all types of end users, site/system administrators, tech support/Service Desk), in using, configuring and maintaining the SIS.  These services are in support of the NDU Information Technology Directorate (ITD). The government intends to contract for these services utilizing a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
